Firm appoints new legal director 

Bond Dickinson has appointed residential property development & affordable housing lawyer Samantha Orluta to join its real estate team as a legal director. Samantha will be based primarily in Bond Dickinson’s Plymouth office, having recently relocated from the Midlands, servicing the team's national and local client base.

Samantha joins Bond Dickinson from Midlands based Shakespeare Martineau where she was a partner and team leader in the affordable housing division. Samantha specialised in multi-million pound land acquisition and residential property development work for extra care providers and housing associations.

Samantha has 20 years' experience in residential property development having acted for housebuilders, including some years working as an in house lawyer to a national housebuilder before returning to private practice.
