A new guide for litigants in person involved in disputes over their children has been published, co-authored by barristers Jason M Hadden and Rhiannon Davies. How To Represent Yourself in the Family Court: Understanding and resolving family disputes without the need for a solicitor offers help to those who don’t understand the law but can’t afford legal representation. The number of litigants in person in the family courts has risen 23% in the past year.
