The London Solicitors Litigation Association’s Spring Lecture series, which kicks off this week, comprises four lectures by leading QCs on recent developments in evidence and disclosure, banking litigation, costs and the pros and cons of litigation versus arbitration. The speakers are Hodge Malek QC, of 39 Essex Chambers; Tim Lord QC, of Brick Court Chambers; Nick Bacon QC, of 4 New Square; and James Collins QC, of Essex Court Chambers. The lectures are hosted by Herbert Smith Freehills and Hogan Lovells.
