Where a trader seeks to publish in comparative advertising the results of tests of a rival trader’s product, an important issue of freedom of expression is engaged and so the court will not grant an interim injunction to prevent such publication satisfied that it is likely that the applicant will succeed in obtaining a final
injunction.
