Firm reveals new regional leadership teams
DAC Beachcroft has appointed two new regional senior partners (RSPs) in Bristol and London and reappointed two more.
Real estate partner Nick Knapman succeeds previous incumbent Tony Cherry in Bristol. In the firm's London Fetter Lane office, corporate partner Matthew Darling takes over in the role from Laurence Markham after an election process.
Nick started his career with the firm in Bristol as a trainee and now heads up the shopping centre practice, part of DAC Beachcroft's national real estate team. Matthew is a corporate finance lawyer specialising in advising technology clients on mergers and acquisitions and transactions on AIM. He has been with the firm since 1995.
In addition, incumbents David Weatherburn and Nick Young will begin their second terms as RSPs for DAC Beachcroft in Newcastle and London Minster Court respectively, continuing to build on their very successful tenures.
Senior partner, Virginia Clegg, says: "I am looking forward to welcoming Nick and Matthew as part of the RSP leadership team, which is absolutely key to the long-term success of the firm."
"I would also like to take this opportunity to say thank you, on behalf of the partnership, to outgoing regional senior partners, Tony Cherry and Laurence Markham, for their contribution, commitment and the very positive impact they have each made in the development of their respective offices."
