Employers face important health and safety questions during these uncertain times

For frontline workers, an adequate supply of gloves, masks and hand sanitisers is an obvious requirement. Safeguarding duties may also cover the provision of soap and water, allowing staff to work from home and limiting numbers of customers in shops.
