In this week’s The Insider, Professor Dominic Regan looks ahead to the ‘costs case of the year’, Belsner v Cam

The case was abandoned in February but now returns with a new list of issues. Regan has received a copy of the list.

Elsewhere in his column, Regan turns to some impending cases in what he describes as ‘the tip of a massive emerging iceberg of litigation against solicitors’, as well as the disclosure pilot scheme and Stephenson Harwood’s full-time working from home offer.
