Correction

The report of R (Hillingdon LBC) v Lord Chancellor in NLJ, 14 November 2008, p 1,602, incorrectly stated that there had been no appearance for the first intervener, the Law Society. In fact Mr Mark Vinall appeared throughout the hearing instructed by the Law Society.
