LNB news: MoJ launches consultation on Legal Aid Means Test review

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has launched a consultation in the context of the review of the means test for civil and criminal legal aid

Lexis®Library update: The review proposes several changes to the means testing methodology which, according to the MoJ, would result in an improvement in access to justice. The consultation will run until 7 June 2022.
