A report by the Lord Chief Justice into the administration of justice by courts in England and Wales is the first of its kind to examine the issue from the point of view of the judiciary. The review, which examines court practice from 3 April 2006, considers the impact of changes to constitutional arrangements, the public understanding of the judiciary and the operation of courts.
