Firm expands intellectual property practice
Joelson, the London law firm, has announced the hire of Akash Sachdeva as partner (intellectual property) within their litigation & dispute resolution practice
Akash brings almost two decades of intellectual property litigation experience to Joelson, having regularly advised high-growth tech companies and household brand names on issues including patent litigation, trade secret arbitration, social media conduct, advertising disputes and digital reputation management.
Akash is also qualified to practise as a solicitor in Hong Kong and has had significant experience in international arbitration, having acted in ICC, AAA and LCIA arbitration disputes.
