Legal technology provider InfoTrack is celebrating reaching the milestone of one million digital AP1s having been submitted using its platform.

Six years and ten months since the first digital AP1 was submitted through HM Land Registry’s Business Gateway via InfoTrack in 2016, the millionth AP1 was submitted digitally on Wednesday 1 February 2023 by Amina Begum of Coventry firm The Law Partnership Limited. To mark the occasion, InfoTrack has presented Amina with a luxury weekend away for two.

InfoTrack’s head of product, Louise Edwardes, commented: ‘We’re ecstatic about reaching this milestone, even more so because it was through the collaborative efforts with our clients that we were able to reach this point. The last six years have provided the opportunity to evolve and enhance our digital AP1 offering to provide an industry-leading solution for conveyancers. We’re all extraordinarily proud of this achievement and very grateful to our clients for all their support.’

Amina Begum added: ‘Winning this amazing prize is wonderful. InfoTrack makes doing AP1s easy and we save time on every matter. The system helps with productivity and the integration with LEAP makes it seamless. It helps us be more efficient, which means we can spend more time looking after our clients and helping them to understand the conveyancing process better. I love that the technology keeps us on track and avoid unnecessary delays in post-completion.'
