Deutsche Telekom AG v European Commission T-210/15, [2017] All ER (D) 223 (Mar)

The General Court of the European Union dismissed the action by Deutsche Telekom AG (DT) for annulment of the Commission decision refusing to grant DT access to documents relating to the procedure for abuse of dominant position with reference COMP/AT.40089 - Deutsche Telekom. The General Court held that none of the pleas raise by DT in relation to alleged infringements of, among other things, the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, was well founded.
