Horada v Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government [2015] EWHC 2512 (Admin), [2015] All ER (D) 370 (Jul)

The claimant challenged the defendant secretary of state’s decision to affirm a compulsory purchase order for a market. The Administrative Court, in dismissing the application, held that the secretary of state’s conclusion had been one that had been open to him on the basis of the material before him about the project taken as a whole.
