DAC Beachcroft’s head of strategic litigation, Andrew Parker, has been appointed the solicitor member to the Civil Justice Council (CJC) by the Lord Chancellor. The appointment, which runs for three years from 31 July 2014, is made on merit. Parker’s previous appointments in the realm of civil justice reform include being a member of the panel of assessors to Jackson LJ’s Review of Civil Litigation Costs.
