Almost three-quarters of legal professionals think they work too hard, compared with 60% of the general workforce who feel this way, according to new research by coaching consultancy Talking Talent. Moreover, 50% of the legal professionals responding confessed that they ‘drag themselves to work’. However, it wasn’t all doom and gloom. It also emerged that, in comparison to those in other sectors, legal professionals feel more supported and experience more meaning and direction at work, with 77% reporting a high level of job satisfaction.
