Law firms have experienced a 60% rise in out-of-hours calls in the past two years, statistics gathered by virtual receptionist alldayPA reveal.

The rise of law firms advertising on television and online could also be responsible for the increase. Some law firms are rethinking their regular 9-5, Monday to Friday schedules as a consequence.
