Revenue and Customs Commissioners v Brockenhurst College [2015] EWCA Civ 1196, [2015] All ER (D) 48 (Dec)

The Court of Appeal ordered that a reference for a preliminary ruling be made to the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning the interpretation and application of the exemption in Art 132(1)(i) of Council Directive (EC) 2006/112 (the Principal VAT Directive).
