The Midlands-based firm has recorded a 78% increase in enquiries regarding potential clinical negligence claims in the first half of this year (214 people compared to 120 in the same period in 2020).
Associate at the firm Rachael Flanagan said she expected the numbers of enquiries to increase, adding: ‘Proving negligence is subject to a very robust set of standards and, with a pandemic raging, there will be mitigating circumstances in some cases.’
