University of Bedford opens Law Clinic

Students at the University of Bedfordshire are offering free legal advice on housing, consumer and employment law to members of the public. The university’s School of Law has opened the Law Clinic. The clinic gives students practical experience in advising clients, and trained staff are available at all times. The students taking part have been trained in the appropriate skills and techniques. Tom Mortimer, head of the School of Law said the clinic “offers the link between theory and practice”.
