Black Solicitors Network's annual awards are announced

Matthew Arnold & Baldwin has won “firm of the year” at the Black Solicitors Network UK Diversity Legal Awards, hosted by Hogan Lovells this week. The awards promote equality and diversity across the legal profession. Clifford Chance won “recruitment: attracting talent”, Matrix Chambers won “retention: talent management”, Linklaters won “promotion: progressing talent”, Linklaters’ partner Tom Shropshire won “diversity champion”, and Matrix won “chambers of the year”. Lindsay Scott, CEO of Matrix, says: “We have worked hard to build a workforce comprised of approximately equal proportions of women and men, and one where minorities are proportionately represented.”
