Amend the Adjudicator to Her Majesty’s Land Registry (Practice and Procedure) Rules 2003 in relation to disclosure of documents; statements of truth; orders putting into effect court decisions; service of documents by parties; other rules relating to directions; replacement of the council on tribunals by the administrative justice and tribunals council; summary disposal; sealing of orders; and costs.
