Sir Nicholas joins the firm as Counsel on a part-time basis. He was a judge of the General Court (formerly the EC Court of First Instance) from 1999 to 2015, prior to which he spent 20 years as a leading barrister at the competition law Bar in London and Brussels. His experience covers all fields of EU law, including cartels, abuse of dominant position and state aids, EU sanctions and IP.
