Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has hired corporate partners Simon Marchant and Ben Spiers as co-heads of its London M&A practice. The newly created roles will have a two-year term and are effective immediately.
The roles are designed to share responsibility more widely among the corporate partner team and allow for focus in the strategic development of the practice’s M&A capabilities.
