Sheppard & Smith, the only City-based solicitors firm to focus solely on EU competition and regulatory law, is now open at 15 Old Bailey.
The firm will act in all areas of competition and regulatory law and anticipates a particular demand from clients who wish to recover damages from cartels and other competition law infringers, including putting together collective damages actions. They will provide specialist competition and regulatory advice across a variety of key sectors and industry areas, including; internet and IP, telecoms and media, medical and healthcare, financial services and travel.
