Simmons & Simmons has appointed Ross Miller as a partner in London
Ross specialises in secondary market investment and distressed situations. His practice focuses on distressed financings, distressed investment and analysis, restructurings, and loan, bond and claim trading. He joins from Deutsche Bank in London, where he is head of legal & risk management in the Distressed Products Group.
