Partner promotion for specialist fraud & sanctions commercial litigator

Litigation boutique Quillon Law has announced the promotion of specialist fraud and sanctions commercial litigator James Clark to partner.

James, who joined the firm in March 2022 as a managing associate, is a commercial litigator with over ten years’ experience acting in complex high-value commercial disputes, with an emphasis on civil fraud matters. His expertise also includes financial markets disputes and sanctions.

He has particular expertise in obtaining and resisting interim remedies such as worldwide freezing injunctions and asset disclosure orders.

James’s cases often involve a cross-border element. He is a fluent Spanish speaker, and has a particular interest in the Latin American market.
