The Chancery Division allowed the appellants’ appeal against an order granting the respondent’s application for injunctions with a penal notice attached, in proceedings concerning the appointment of a manager over residential property. The court held that the court below had erred in granting the injunctions with a penal notice attached, and hence the injunctions would need to be discharged.
