Manchester firm sells majority of business

Manchester firm Pannone has sold the majority of its business to international legal giant Slater & Gordon. A new, independent business called Pannone Corporate will take over its commercial and corporate work. Pannone managing partner Emma Holt said the firm had sold its personal injury, clinical negligence, court of protection, family, private client and trust and probate, real estate, regulatory, construction, employment and dispute resolution groups. Pannone Corporate will be headed by managing partner Paul Jonson and senior partner, Steven Grant.
