Norton Rose Fulbright has set itself a target of 30% female partnership by 2020. Its global executive committee currently has 30% female representation, and the firm has also implemented a variety of initiatives to promote gender diversity, including a careers’ strategies programme to support women on their way into senior positions, inclusive leadership training, and unconscious bias education. Peter Martyr, global chief executive, says: “These targets are more than just statistics.”
