The Access to Justice Foundation funds law centres, local citizens’ advice, independent advice agencies, pro bono projects and national charities. 

Writing in NLJ this week, head of development Greg Hodder pays tribute to its valuable work and explains the impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the sector. Demand has increased at the same time as public funding sources dried up, and advice agencies faced the extra cost of moving to remote working.
