Vos wants the ‘analogue’ approach to litigation to be abandoned, in favour of ‘digitalised’ justice. But what does that mean, exactly? Shaw explains, painting a fascinating picture of an entirely, radically different system of dispute resolution. It’s a ‘supremely ambitious’ project, with data increasingly stored on the blockchain and therefore less challengeable coupled with a digitalised pre-action portal system, resulting in faster resolution.
