Nick has experience advising large domestic and international companies on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and stock market flotations.

Nick has served the City for 22 years as a: councilman; alderman for the ward of Aldersgate; chairman of the corporation’s central markets committee, and sheriff of the City of London.
