Litigation funding is to be the theme of the next Newcastle Business & Property Courts Forum, due to be chaired by District Judge Michelle Temple. 

Andrew Cawkwell of specialist insolvency litigation funders Manolete Partners plc will present an overview of the subject, and there will also be talks on a funder’s liability for costs, and security for costs. The event will be held at Northumbria University Law School on 21 October at 6.30pm, with registration and refreshments from 6pm. Places can be booked through Eventbrite here.
