Specialist healthcare law firm Capsticks has hired three new lawyers to join its Birmingham office.

The team will be headed by Mike Clifford, a corporate law partner from Hammonds with experience in M&A and joint ventures.

Mike will be supported by Tracy Giles, senior lawyer and procurement specialist from Walsall metropolitan borough council, and by Alex Birch, who joined as a corporate lawyer from Nabarro.
