Solicitors may need to adapt their usual mode of working when dealing with vulnerable clients, the Law Society explains in new guidance published last week. In a new practice note, published last week, the Society gives advice on the best approach when working with clients who have mental or physical difficulties and require extra support, lack mental capacity or who are vulnerable due to undue influence or duress.
