The UK Environmental Law Association (UKELA) has welcomed a new chairman, Mark Brumwell, a solicitor specialising in environmental law.

He’s joined by Tim Clare as vice chairman, who is an environmental consultant. UKELA, which aims to make the law work for a better environment has been gathering evidence from practitioners, regulators and judges, on areas where it would be useful for the coherence, integration and accessibility of environmental law to be improved.
