The UK Environmental Law Association (UKELA) has welcomed a new chairman, Mark Brumwell, a solicitor specialising in environmental law.
He’s joined by Tim Clare as vice chairman, who is an environmental consultant. UKELA, which aims to make the law work for a better environment has been gathering evidence from practitioners, regulators and judges, on areas where it would be useful for the coherence, integration and accessibility of environmental law to be improved. Please see: www.environmentlaw.org.uk for more information.
