RJW Slater & Gordon has announced the appointment of principal lawyer Margaret Heathcote to head its family practice’s London department

Margaret will lead a team of specialist family lawyers with experience in private family law relating to issues of separation, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorce, financial issues and children, with particular expertise in dealing with complex cases, often with an international element.

As a trained collaborative lawyer, Margaret is a member of Resolution and is chair of the London Regional Committee. She is also immediate past president of the City of Westminster and Holborn Law Society.
