Marccus Partners, specialists in cross-border transactions, have announced new recruits in their Paris office.

Pierre François has recently joined the firm as a partner, heading the banking and finance department. Emmanuel Huet joins the restructuring team as a senior associate. Jacques Deege has joined the firm’s corporate/mergers and acquisitions department as counsel. The tax team sees the arrival of Jean Vincensini and Eugénie Berthet, both joining as partners, and Jean-François Rage joins as head of employment law.
