Group grows its corporate team

First Names Group has announced the appointment of Malcolm Macleod as head of corporate services in the Channel Islands.

In his new role, Malcolm will focus on developing the group’s existing business in key sectors such as real estate, capital markets and structured finance. He will be responsible for the corporate team in the Channel Islands.

Malcolm joins from Capita Asset Services, where he was head of corporate solutions in Jersey, overseeing administration services to a diverse global client base. He is a qualified chartered accountant having trained with PwC’s Audit and Business Assurance practice in the UK and Jersey.
