News in brief

Local government lawyers will get an insight into the issues faced by public bodies in a series of bite-size update sessions. The sessions, led by Michelmores LLP, will provide the lawyers with information on new legislation, updates on existing frameworks, redevelopment and regeneration projects and environmental law and procurement. Carol McCormack, head of the local government group at Michelmores says: “We aim to share our expertise and help local government lawyers minimise risk by ensuring they are completely up to date with current law.”
