Lexis®Library update: A convicted murderer, Russell Causley, will be the first prisoner to have a public parole hearing on 12 December 2022. According to the MoJ, Causley was released from prison in 2020 after serving 23 years for the murder of his wife in 1985, but was then brought back to jail in November 2021 after breaching licence conditions.
