LNB NEWS: MoJ publishes response paper to consultation on changes to QOCS regime

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has published a response paper to the 2022 consultation on changes to the Qualified One-way Costs Shifting (QOCS) regime in personal injury cases.

Lexis®Library update: The MoJ received 33 responses to the consultation, 20 of whom were supportive of the suggested changes to the QOCS regime and 13 were unsupportive of the changes. The government will consider the amendments and recommendations of further requirements.
