LNB NEWS: MoJ publishes guidance on small claims track limit for road accident court fees

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has published guidance on court fees under the new small claims track limit in personal injury claims relating to road traffic accidents. 

Lexis®Library update: The guidance will apply to claims that are not resolvable through the new Road Traffic Accidents (RTA) Small Claims Protocol or when proceedings are begun for limitation purposes. The guidance covers both court fees and returning to the Official Injury Claim portal.
