LNB news: HMCTS guidance updated following easing of coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions

HM Courts & Tribunal Service (HMCTS) has updated its coronavirus (COVID-19) guidance to reflect changes made to coronavirus restrictions on 17 May 2021
Lexis®Library update: The restrictions have been eased by the government as part of step 3 of the roadmap out of coronavirus restrictions.

The HMCTS guidance includes information on going to a court or tribunal during the pandemic, keeping courts and tribunals safe, and following certain measures before a hearing and on the day of a hearing.
