LNB News: CPRC updates pre-action protocol for personal injury claims

The Civil Procedure Rule Committee (CPRC) has issued an update to the pre-action protocol for personal injury claims below the small claims limit in road traffic accidents.

Lexis®Library update: The Master of the Rolls has approved the amendments which came into force on 12 May 2021.
