LNB NEWS: Consultation opened into Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims amendments

The Civil Procedure Rules Committee (CPRC) has opened a consultation on proposed amendments to Annex C of the Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims.

Lexis®Library update: According to the announcement, the changes to Annex C include proposals by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) that Annex C should be consolidated into common categories to limit repetition, and proposals by the CPRC that this consolidation is done in a table. The consultation will close on 30 January 2023.
