The Cabinet Office has updated its guidance on submitting expressions of interest to become a part-time arbitrator for UK/EU trade and cooperation agreement (TCA) issues.

Lexis®Library update: Following a previous expression of interest campaign for full-time arbitrators, the Cabinet has opened a new application window for part-time judges, operating under the same process, application requirements and assessment criteria as the former campaign.

Those who wish to apply must do so by 14 July 2021.
