The Master of the Rolls, Sir Geoffrey Vos, and the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice, Lord Christopher Bellamy KC, have signed into effect the 154th Practice Direction update to the Civil Procedure Rules.
Lexis®Library update: Published on 8 March 2023, the update includes amendments to CPR PD 51R (Online Civil Money Claims Pilot) and CPR PD 51ZB (Damages Claims Pilot). The changes came into effect on 1 March 2023 and 8 March 2023.
