Last year’s LIDW featured nearly 500 speakers and thousands of delegates. LIDW24, themed around ‘uniting for global challenge and opportunity’, will be the biggest yet, with two networking hubs and a dedicated day on international arbitration.
Topics include artificial intelligence, risk and reputation, disputes funding and cross-border enforcement issues.
Baroness Carr said: ‘The international dispute resolution community is fundamental to upholding the rule of law, the proper functioning of society, the facilitation of international trade and investment, and supporting the global economy. LIDW has an ambitious programme, and I look forward to taking part.’
